The privacy of your data matters to us. We may access your account information to assist you, fix bugs, and to improve City Sync. We log access to accounts by IP address, for your security.
When you sign up for a City Sync account, we ask for your name, email address, and a phone number, as well as some information about your organization. This allows you to personalize your new account and receive invoices, updates, and other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission, either.
When you pay for City Sync, we ask for your billing information. This allows us to charge you for service and to send you invoices. Your billing information is passed directly to our payment processor and doesn't ever go through our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction for account history and billing support.
When you write Restore Strategies with a question or to ask for help, we'll keep that correspondence, and your email address, for future reference. We also store any information you volunteer, like surveys, for as long as it makes sense.
The only times we’ll ever share your info:
